Who is responsible

Robin Poropat is the owner of robinporopat.com and is responsible for the personal information described here. Robin works independently in the United Kingdom. For a privacy question or request, email info@robinporopat.com.

What this site does not add

This portfolio has:

• no Robin-added marketing analytics
• no Robin-added advertising or social media tracking pixels
• no newsletter or marketing signup
• no database of enquiries
• no portfolio user accounts

The fonts used by this site are served from the site itself.

Contact form and email

The forms on the Contact, Creator and Business pages ask for your name, email, type of enquiry, the help you want, your goal or message, and a Privacy Policy acknowledgement. A Creator enquiry requires a profile; a Business enquiry asks what the business does and lets you add a website or profile; an Other enquiry also lets you add a profile. Timing is optional. Unsent answers stay in the page and are cleared when you refresh it. The acknowledgement confirms you have read this notice; it is not consent to marketing.

When you submit, the form sends these details to a Cloudflare Worker at contact-api.robinporopat.com. The Worker validates the request and sends an email from the matching creator@, business@ or info@robinporopat.com address to Robin’s verified Gmail mailbox. It sets your supplied email as Reply-To. Direct emails to those addresses are forwarded to the same mailbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. No separate enquiry database is created.

If you contact me

Contacting me means using the form, sending an email or sending a message on a social platform. Your message and email address may contain personal information. I use what you send to consider and reply to your enquiry and any resulting conversation about work. I do not add you to a marketing list.

Messages sent through Instagram or LinkedIn are held by those platforms under their own privacy policies, which I do not control.

Why I use this information

I use enquiry details to respond, consider potential work and manage any resulting relationship. I rely on my legitimate interests in answering people who contact me and protecting the site. Where you ask me to take steps towards a contract with you, processing needed for those steps may rely on that pre-contractual basis. I may also keep information where a legal obligation applies. I do not use the Privacy Policy acknowledgement as marketing consent.

How long I keep enquiries

Enquiries become part of my email workflow. I keep them only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting working relationship, and meet applicable legal, accounting or security obligations. There is no fixed automatic deletion period or separate permanent enquiry archive.

Hosting and server logs

GPT Sites hosts the portfolio. Cloudflare provides the form Worker, domain and security infrastructure, and email sending and routing; Google provides Robin’s Gmail mailbox. These services may process ordinary request and security information, such as IP address, browser details and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site and messages. The Worker uses the connecting IP address as a per-client rate-limit key, alongside a global limit, to reduce abuse. The form does not include your IP address or security metadata in the enquiry email. Infrastructure providers may maintain operational logs under their own retention practices; this notice does not promise a provider deletion date.

Links to other sites

This site links to Instagram, LinkedIn and mrvnos.com. Following a link takes you somewhere with its own privacy notice, and this one stops applying at that point.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the EU, you may have rights over personal data held about you, including access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@robinporopat.com with your request.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection.

Changes

I will update this notice if the way the site handles information changes, for example if analytics or a mailing list are added.
