Five steps, shaped around your goals.
I start by understanding your goals and what’s getting in the way. We agree what matters, put the plan into practice, then test and improve together.

Understand
Get clear on what you want to achieve, who it matters to and what is getting in the way.
Explore what your community asks for and which ideas fit your knowledge and creative direction.
Look at how customers find you, how the team works and where progress slows down.
Prioritise
Choose the changes most likely to move you forward, with a plan that fits your time, resources and priorities.
Choose a product or growth opportunity that fits your audience without taking over your content schedule.
Identify the bottleneck worth solving first and agree what a useful improvement would look like.
Build
Turn the plan into something people can use, buy or work with. Stay involved where your knowledge and decisions matter.
Build the product, sales pages and promotion around your expertise and your audience.
Put the agreed campaign, automation or digital experience into practice with your team.
Test
Check what works in practice before committing more time or budget. Use the results to make better decisions.
Compare offers, messages or pages to learn what your audience understands and responds to.
Test a customer journey or pilot a new workflow to see whether it improves the current approach.
A/B testing compares versions of an offer, message or page. For other kinds of work, focused feedback and practical trials help guide the next change.
Improve
Use what we learn to refine the work and choose the next useful step.
Improve the product and promotion using feedback from the people they are for.
Refine the system or campaign, remove unnecessary work and build on the improvements that hold up.
The system behind the work
MRVN OS is a personal AI system I’m building and already use internally. It brings continuity to my knowledge and working methods, supporting research, planning and execution across projects.
It keeps my working methods and useful lessons organised, so less time goes into rebuilding context and more goes into the work itself.

Tell me what you're working on.
Whether you are building around an audience or running a business, the first conversation is the same: what you want to achieve, and what is currently in the way.
