About

Around a decade

Italy, then the UK

Figuring it out has always been the job.

I moved from Italy to the UK at around twenty and built my life and career here. What started in hospitality and creative freelancing grew into marketing, automation and building systems, with the same habit running through it: finding a way forward.

01 / 04  Story

My story

From starting out in the UK to the work I do today

  1. Italy to the UK

I moved with limited resources and no family nearby to fall back on. Finding a way forward stopped being optional, and that resourcefulness stayed with me.

  2. Hospitality & creative freelancing

Hospitality paid the bills while I built freelance experience in social media, graphic design and video. I became interested in what makes people give something their attention.

  3. Marketing, agencies & enterprise work

Creative work grew into social media, paid advertising and wider marketing strategy. Agency and enterprise work taught me to connect different disciplines and carry ideas through with other teams.

  4. AI & automation

Alongside marketing, I began building better ways to handle repeat work, organise knowledge and put useful tools into practice.

  5. The work today

Today, I’m Commercial Marketing Manager at The Adaptavist Group, alongside independent work with creators and businesses and the development of MRVN OS.

02 / 04  Perspective

Why I do this

I’ve worked inside agencies, and I’ve seen how easily a client can become an account to manage and a list of tasks to complete. That’s not the relationship I want to build.

I want to understand what you’re working towards, care about the outcome and stay close enough to the work to make a useful difference. You should know who you’re working with and feel understood, not passed between people.

Working across creative, marketing and technology helps me look beyond a single service. For a creator, that might mean a product their community wants. For a business, it might mean a better customer journey or less repetitive work. The starting point is what matters to you.

04 / 04  Working together

What I am like to work with

Direct, in a useful way

Plain answers

If something is unlikely to work, you will hear that early rather than after the invoice. If I do not know, I will say so and then go and find out.

Evidence first

Strong opinions are fine as starting points and useless as conclusions. Assumptions get tested. Mine included.

Hands on the work

There is no team behind me producing the deliverables. That limits how much I take on and is precisely why the work is worth having.
